This page was done using the Frost Festival kit in PS 7.0. The title work is "Edwardian Script ITC" & Segoe Script. I used one of the tags from the kit to frame the photo. The bottom right corner was done using the snowflake border, and I used the embossing option on almost every element to give more depth. I also used a lot of the color & linear burn options to create an icy feel.
